Role Description
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to build and scale the campaigns, automation, and measurement that turn awareness into qualified pipeline. You'll be the third pillar of our core marketing team, alongside Content and Events, reporting to our VP of Marketing. This role is fully remote within the US, and in-office time is welcome if you're near one of our offices.
The work runs on two tracks:
-
One-to-many programs are always-on nurture for hospitals and health systems and for physician group practices.
-
One-to-few programs are targeted ABM plays by specialty and region.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with room to grow into director-level scope. Our marketing funnel is still being defined, so you'll build the lead lifecycle and scoring, scale the first ABM programs we're standing up now, and use data to show what's working. You'll fill gaps proactively, bring recommendations instead of waiting for direction, and use AI tools like Claude to move faster than a lean team normally could.
If you like building the system and then running it, and you want ownership fast, this is a great seat.
What Youβll Do
-
Activate segment strategy in market:
-
Turn segment messaging and positioning into integrated campaigns with clear audiences, timelines, and measures of success.
-
As segment leaders join, they'll own the story, and you own getting it out the door and proving it works.
-
Run account-based marketing:
-
Build always-on nurture for health systems and physician groups, plus targeted programs by specialty and region, with one-to-one plays to follow as the program matures.
-
Build the lead lifecycle:
-
Map the journey from learning what IDR is to shopping for a partner, then build the stage-based nurture, welcome, and re-engagement programs for each point, in partnership with Content.
-
Design lead scoring and handoffs:
-
Turn engagement signals like webinars, trade show visits, repeat content views, and forwarded emails into scoring and triggers.
-
Work with Revenue Operations on lifecycle stages, routing, and follow-up so the right person gets a call at the right time.
-
Own HubSpot hands-on:
-
Build sequences, workflows, forms, emails, landing pages, and audience segments yourself, and keep data clean between HubSpot and Salesforce alongside Revenue Operations.
-
Run paid digital:
-
Plan and optimize Google and LinkedIn campaigns that support specific ABM plays, and help us show up where buyers now search, including LLMs.
-
Measure, test, and report:
-
Track MQLs, funnel conversion, and sourced versus influenced pipeline.
-
Know what worked, what didn't, and why, and bring clear recommendations to the segment leaders and VP of Marketing.
-
Use AI in your daily work:
-
Use Claude and other AI tools to speed up research, segmentation, copy testing, reporting, and workflow builds, and use judgment about what to validate.
-
Support customer and partner marketing:
-
Extend campaigns to customers and partners through segmentation, automation, and measurement, including peer-review platforms like G2.
Qualifications
-
7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing, with a non-linear path welcome.
-
Hands-on HubSpot experience building sequences, workflows, and customer journeys, with specific results you can walk us through.
-
A data-driven approach, with the ability to speak to MQL impact, campaigns that missed, and the optimization decisions you made along the way.
-
Creative ABM thinking that ties back to pipeline and measurable outcomes.
-
Practical Salesforce experience and a track record of partnering with Revenue Operations on data quality, handoffs, and reporting.
-
Regular use of AI tools like Claude, with sound judgment about validating outputs and owning the result.
-
Comfort in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where you build structure and bring a point of view instead of waiting for direction.
-
Clear communication and strong cross-functional partnership with segment leaders, Content, Events, and Revenue Operations.
-
Enthusiasm for a hands-on individual contributor role on a lean team.
Extra Credit if you Have:
-
Experience marketing in digital health, healthcare IT, or another highly regulated industry, with familiarity with reimbursement or IDR.
-
Experience at a high-growth startup where you helped build the function with limited resources.
-
Hands-on paid digital experience across Google, LinkedIn, or LLM advertising.
-
A mix of agency and in-house experience.
Benefits
-
Competitive compensation, including equity.
-
Full health, dental, and vision coverage.
-
Retirement savings plan through 401(k).
-
Flexible time off.
-
Opportunities for company-wide connection and events.
