Role Description

We are hiring an Account-Based Marketer to own revenue growth inside the Greater NYC market. You will spend most of your time deepening and expanding our existing customer relationships — selling additional products and driving portfolio penetration — and the remainder winning new logos in the same market. You'll start with the account-based program we've built in HubSpot and Salesforce and help grow it across email, digital, direct mail, events, and content. You will run focused, account-based plays:

• Research the account
• Engage the right decision-makers
• Move revenue forward, working closely with Customer Success and Sales

This is an East Coast based marketing role. You'll create and nurture demand, and our Sales team will run the sales conversations. An advanced-level fluency in HubSpot is a requirement of this position.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in B2B marketing (ABM, demand generation, growth, or lifecycle)
• A track record of growing revenue inside existing accounts and generating new pipeline
• Hands-on HubSpot experience
• Analytical skills to set goals in pipeline and revenue
• Clear communication skills tailored to various audiences
• Strong knowledge of the Greater NYC market
• Property management or PropTech experience is a strong plus

Requirements

• Own the NYC growth plan: which accounts, segments, and products to prioritize
• Grow existing customers by driving upsell and cross-sell of additional products
• Win new logos through expansion plays with account-based programs
• Build and run multi-channel campaigns in HubSpot
• Use data to identify focus areas, test channels, offers, and messaging
• Partner with Customer Success to spot expansion signals
• Own attribution and reporting on marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue

Benefits

• Annual base salary: $95,000 - $105,000
