[Hiring] Growth Marketing Manager @Satellite Innovations

Role Description

At Satellite, we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and work with a rapidly growing US-based startup – DigiFi.

We are seeking a highly tactical, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our top-of-funnel digital acquisition. As our first marketing hire, you will not be managing an agency or a team - you will be the builder. Your primary goal is to drive high-intent, qualified website traffic and convert that traffic into inbound demo requests for our sales team through PPC, targeted content, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Acquisition:
  • Build, launch, and strictly manage high-intent B2B campaigns on Google Ads (Search), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SaaS review sites and other platforms while optimizing for Cost-Per-Qualified-Lead and pipeline ROI.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
  • Design, launch, and A/B test product-specific landing pages to maximize the visitor-to-demo conversion rate.
• Content & Lead Generation:
  • Produce high-value, bottom-of-funnel content (e.g., technical guides, buyer's checklists, case studies) that attracts lending executives and captures their contact information.
• Marketing Operations:
  • Set up and manage the foundational marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, conversion tracking) to ensure seamless lead routing to the sales team and accurate attribution.
• SEO Strategy:
  • Identify and capture high-intent, long-tail search terms related to loan origination, decision engines, and digital banking software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS digital marketing or growth experience, marketing products to US and European customers. Experience in FinTech, RegTech, or targeting enterprise executives is a massive plus.
• Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads in high-CPC environments, with a deep understanding of negative keyword filtering and intent matching.
• Proficient in setting up landing pages (Webflow, WordPress, or HubSpot CMS) and configuring conversion tracking independently.
• Comfortable operating with a "day zero" mindset. You can write your own ad copy, build your own landing pages, and analyze your own data without relying on a large support team.
• Obsessed with tracking pipeline metrics rather than just vanity metrics like clicks and impressions.
• At least C1 level in English.
