About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing and Social Media Associate to join InPlanet and become the engine behind our social campaigns and growth execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s organized, ambitious, and ready to help shape how the world sees us.
You’ll work side-by-side with Marketing, Design, BizDev and Science take charge of building our monthly content engine, sourcing assets, optimizing copy, and drive growth execution across multiple channels. We're not looking for someone to just “do tasks”, we want someone ready to change the world through bold, purpose-driven work that can drive growth and bring awareness to Enhanced Rock Weathering credits.
2025 is a COP30 year in Brazil, and as the climate conversation heats up, you’ll help position InPlanet as a leader in carbon removal and climate innovation.

Core working relationships
- Collaborate daily with our Head of Marketing, Designer, Paid Media Agency, and Brand Specialist
- Work closely with the Commercial, Carbon and Science Team on storytelling and visibility
Key Responsibilities
- Own the content calendar: Plan and coordinate a full month of content across channels (LinkedIn, Email, Blog, etc.)
- Source visuals and manage design briefs: Work with our Brand Specialist and Designer to ensure every post and campaign has the right assets
- Clean up and optimize content: Polish blog drafts based on internal content and optimize for search, clarity, and impact
- Campaign execution: Social media organic campaign execution with strong performance tacking across all social channels
- Reporting & Data: Help monitor campaign results and flag trends, anomalies, and learnings
- Documentation & Process: Keep content, performance reports, and campaign trackers tidy and up to date
- Contribute to strategic marketing plans, bringing insights from what’s working (and what’s not)

Core Skills & Experience
- Experience in content creation, marketing coordination, or campaign execution
- Near-native fluency in English, written and spoken
- Great writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Familiarity with performance marketing principles and keyword optimization
- Experience creating or managing Google Slides or PowerPoint decks
- Strong sense of ownership and reliability, you follow through and get things done
- Bonus: Experience working in agencies, consultancies, or startups
Key Qualities
- You’re fast, hungry, happy - you love to work, learn, and create impact
- Methodical and structured in your work, but not rigid, you adapt quickly
- Unafraid of repetitive tasks - you are humble - and take pride in doing them well
- Curious, self-motivated, and excited to grow into a bigger role over time
- Deep belief in climate solutions and a desire to do meaningful work
- Understanding of performance and analytics, with potential experience working with control groups or A/B testing using platforms like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar
Bonus Points (but not essential)
- Experience with HubSpot, Notion, or project management tools
- Familiarity with ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
- Some understanding of SEO, analytics, or paid acquisition
- Background or interest in the climate space
- Portuguese language skills
