Role Description

SlashData empowers product, platform and engineering leaders with best-in-class research on developers and the future of software in the AI era. The role of Growth Marketer and Community Builder is critical for SlashData’s vision, which is to become the industry reference of the software development economy.

As a growth marketer, you will:

• Lead the growth of SlashData’s Developer Nation panel.
• Spend about three-quarters of your time bringing new developers into the panel.
• Engage existing developers to keep them active.
• Work in a mix of strategy and hands-on tasks.
• Be a visible face of Developer Nation in developer communities and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Four to five years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Track record of working to empirical goals and meeting KPIs.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Based in Europe (any country).
• Experience engaging with online communities or professional groups.

Requirements

• Experience in owning a CPA or CAC target end to end.
• Analytical skills for measurement: attribution, funnel and cohort analysis, channel-level unit economics.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and online tools for tracking tasks and participants.
• Use of advanced AI tooling, e.g., Claude Code or similar.
