Role Description

The Google Ads Specialist will manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts, with a primary focus on lead generation.

• Working closely with Client Success Managers and the wider marketing team.
• Develop effective advertising strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Help clients generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.
• Ownership of campaign performance and regular analysis of performance data.
• Proactive identification of opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, cost efficiency, and overall campaign results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience generating leads through Google Ads.
• Experience with lead generation for service-based businesses.
• Experience managing and optimising advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and conversion tracking.
• Experience with keyword research and search intent.
• Experience with campaign optimisation and budget management.
• Experience with conversion tracking and attribution.
• Experience with ad copywriting and testing.
• Experience with landing page performance and conversion optimisation.
• Experience with data analysis and performance reporting.
• Ability to identify and resolve campaign performance issues.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed optimisation decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines independently.
• Ability to take ownership of campaign performance.

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) would be highly desirable.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) would be highly desirable.
• Experience with Google Looker Studio would be highly desirable.
• Experience with Google Search Console would be highly desirable.
• Experience with landing page builders would be highly desirable.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel or HubSpot would be highly desirable.
• Experience with conversion rate optimisation would be highly desirable.
• Experience with call tracking and lead attribution would be highly desirable.
• Experience with Meta Ads would be highly desirable.
• Experience with AI tools and marketing workflow automation would be highly desirable.
• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager would be beneficial.
