[Hiring] Google Ads Specialist @Pavago

Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on performance marketing role — not a strategy-only position.

You’ll be actively working inside Google Ads accounts every day to:

• Optimize Search and Performance Max campaigns
• Reduce Cost per Lead (CPL)
• Improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Troubleshoot conversion tracking
• Test new campaign strategies
• Scale campaigns that are performing
• Deliver clear, data-backed performance insights

If you live inside Google Ads, understand lead generation, and know how to diagnose and improve underperforming campaigns, this role is built for you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Active Google Ads Certification
• Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Search Ads and Performance Max
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking
• Strong understanding of keyword research and campaign optimization
• Ability to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously

Requirements

• Google Shopping Ads experience (nice to have)
• Meta Ads / Paid Social experience (nice to have)
• GoHighLevel familiarity (nice to have)
• Agency or multi-client account experience (nice to have)
• Landing-page and conversion-rate optimization knowledge (nice to have)
• Experience working with CRM-based lead attribution (nice to have)
