Role Description

We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and hands-on Fullstack Digital Marketing Manager to lead our cross-functional Growth Marketing team spanning Performance Advertising (Meta & Google Ads), CRM/Email Marketing, and SEO. In this high-ownership leadership role, you will develop and execute full-funnel digital growth strategies, optimize multi-channel budgets, and drive measurable ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV). You will serve as the strategic bridge between performance execution, creative production, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage specialists across Performance Ads, CRM, and SEO, fostering a high-performing, collaborative agency environment.
• Full-Funnel Growth Strategy: Develop and execute integrated strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, lifecycle email marketing/automations, and organic SEO content to maximize full-funnel conversion efficiency.
• Performance & Paid Media Oversight: Direct campaign setup, media planning, audience targeting, and real-time optimization with a strict focus on ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics.
• CRM & Lifecycle Architecture: Guide the CRM specialist in building customer journeys, automated drip workflows, segmentation, and retention campaigns (e.g., Klaviyo/Mailchimp).
• SEO & Content Direction: Oversee SEO technical audits, keyword strategies, and content pipelines to drive sustainable organic traffic acquisition.
• Budget & ROI Management: Manage multi-channel digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal capital allocation across paid platforms.
• Analytics & Performance Reporting: Own the reporting pipeline; analyze web analytics (GA4), ad platform data, and market trends to deliver actionable insights and executive dashboards.
• Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Direct the development of performance-driven creative briefs, collaborating closely with video, design, web development, sales, and PR teams to deliver high-converting assets on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a direct managerial or team leadership role.
• Proven hands-on track record across Performance Advertising (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), CRM/Email Marketing, and SEO (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Direct experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure Agency environment, preferably with exposure to clients in Financial Services, Proprietary Trading, Hedge Funds, or Fintech.
• Strong mastery of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Ads Manager, CRM automation platforms).
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention funnels, performance scaling, and attribution models.
• Sharp creative eye with experience partnering with videographers and graphic designers to produce high-performing ad creatives.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for executive stakeholder reporting and international team collaboration.
