Role Description

As a Marketing (CX) Consultant, you need to be an expert in marketing strategy and the MarTech space at Huble Digital. This will include:

• Consulting with clients about their business and marketing needs
• Compiling strategy and technology architecture
• Configuring technology and managing change

You should be driven, take initiative, and always look for new and better ways to do things. You need to be very solution-oriented, research-driven, and analytical. Qualifications

• Relevant Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Strategy (e.g., BComm Honours, BBusSci in Marketing, Masters in Marketing or Business)
• Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills
• 6+ years of experience working in digital marketing
• Previous experience in a digital agency/consultancy working in a client-facing consulting/specialist role
• Ability to work with clients and conduct desk research to develop ICP audiences and personas
• Strong business acumen in marketing, sales, and customer service
• Experience in developing/running marketing automation programs
• Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience in at least 2 of the following areas: SEO/Organic Traffic, Paid Media, Email Marketing/Marketing Automation, Website Strategy/Website CRO
