[Hiring] Event Programs Manager, Developer Community & Ecosystem @Supabase

Role Description

Supabase is looking for an Event Programs Manager, Developer Community & Ecosystem to help grow and scale our developer community initiatives and industry event programs.

• Work closely with the Head of Global Events and Field Marketing to build programs that connect Supabase with developers and the broader ecosystem.
• Initiatives include meetups, workshops, hackathons, and community activations.
• Help shape how Supabase shows up in person around the world.
• Build playbooks and frameworks that allow these programs to scale globally.
• Support programming around Supabase Select, our flagship user conference.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, DevRel, Partnerships, Sales, and Design.
• Comfortable operating independently and experimenting with new ideas.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in field marketing, developer marketing, community programs, or partner marketing.
• Experience working with developer communities or technical audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally.
• Curious about developer ecosystems and the communities around modern infrastructure.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Willing to travel for events as needed.

Requirements

• Experience supporting developer meetups, hackathons, or workshops.
• Experience with community-led growth or developer advocacy programs.
• Experience running ecosystem or partner-led event programs.
