As Enterprise Account Based Marketing Manager, reporting to the VP of Marketing, you are responsible for creating a comprehensive account-based marketing demand generation engine which is tightly integrated into our enterprise sales model and delivers strong year-over-year growth in Enterprise new customer acquisition. You will be responsible for increasing brand preference in our target Enterprise market(s) by maintaining and understanding the needs of our prospect list, ensuring our brand strategy stays true to this segment, working closely with sales to develop an effective account based sales & marketing motion, and developing nurturing campaigns that when combined with a high touch sales strategy drives high value contract sales (>$200k ARR).

This is a remote role. 

Responsibilities
  • Learn and stay up to date on the Spa/Salon/MedSpa industry by participating in client visits, tradeshows, etc. with the goal of understanding their needs and how the MSI product offering(s) can meet those needs.
  • Learn the competitive landscape and stay up to date on competitive trends to ensure the MSI value position is compelling and differentiated.
  • Strategize, execute and optimize a data-driven ABM strategy to achieve enterprise sales goals.
  • Work with sales to develop the key account prospect list with a focus on increasing the TAM, enriching data quality and continually moving these accounts through the funnel to a closed won state
  • Perform research on cohorts of target list to determine the best marketing nurturing and demand generation strategies.
  • Build growth marketing plans to reach and influence the buying decision of leaders in the top echelon of spa, salon and medspa businesses
  • Develop and deploy ABM campaigns that span events, thought leadership and demand generation across all multi-channels (social, email, mail, in-person, etc.).
  • Develop industry specific positioning (tone, imagery, content) that resonates with the Enterprise segment and speaks to our value proposition in a highly competitive market
  • Create sales enablement tools to help the Enterprise sales team nurture the Enterprise prospect list improving lead scoring and growing enterprise YoY bookings.
  • Work with video team to translate existing Enterprise client success stories into compelling video vignettes to publish in online channels.
  • Develop a data backed approach to prospect list management, lead scoring and campaign execution to effectively measure available TAM, pipeline improvement and campaign ROI.
  • Continually enhance key account list by locating other data sources that add incremental accounts and/or enrich existing account information
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
  • Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns and tactics
  • Collaborate with ABM leadership team (sales and marketing interlock) to select key accounts
  • Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
  • Partner closely with SDR and sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment
Qualifications
  • Must have 4+ years of experience as an account-based marketing manager driving demand in the B-B enterprise segment using account-based marketing best practices.
  • Preferred experience in Meevo’s core markets (SPA/Salon) or in adjacent segments (i.e. Fitness, Med/Dental practices, etc.)
  • Creative thinker with a track record in creating and executing unique and scalable marketing strategies that increase brand preference within target account list and nurture these accounts through the funnel to culminate in a buying decision
  • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan
  • Able to clearly communicate new ideas, products, and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Team player that can work both collaboratively and autonomously
  • Strong project management, time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • CRM/Marketing Automation background preferably with Salesforce and Pardot
  • Knows what “good looks like” from an ABM marketing perspective with experience in tools such as Demandbase
  • Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking.
Proven ability to think strategically but with exceptional attention to detail and execution
