Role Description

If a marketing portfolio that includes selling the delights of backstreet bakeries in Paris, market stalls in London, and the best shrimp dumplings in Bangkok excites you, this might just be your dream job. This group is the global leader in travel experiences for food-lovers and operates in over 130 cities worldwide. This is a hands-on executive role working closely with the company co-founders, finance, and tour operators and you’ll enjoy full ownership of the marketing function.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and reporting
  • Build the quarterly marketing plan and recommend prioritization to the co-founders
  • Manage the marketing budget against a plan agreed with the founders
  • Own all marketing reporting, including the monthly performance review
• Paid acquisition
  • Run paid search. This is a material revenue channel and is managed in house
  • Run paid social, display, and retargeting
  • Improve channel efficiency at the city and campaign level
• Organic and AI search
  • Run SEO across the brand portfolio: technical, content, and local
  • Run generative engine optimization work, including visibility measurement in AI assistants
• Distribution and partnerships
  • Support OTA performance on resellers, coordinating with the operations team, who owns the commercial relationships
  • Run the affiliate program day to day
• Lifecycle and retention
  • Run email: campaign calendar, segmentation, deliverability, and performance
• Brand, content, and social
  • Apply and maintain brand positioning across the portfolio
  • Run social and influencer activity, including creator sourcing and campaign measurement
  • Own website copy and conversion testing
• B2B
  • Execute the early stage B2B build, starting with corporate events

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, with a track record of owning channels end to end rather than supporting them
• Strong, current, hands-on paid search skills. You will be in the accounts yourself from week one
• Practical SEO experience covering technical, content, and local
• Strong analytics capability. GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio, with the ability to build your own reports
• Comfortable working across many channels rather than specializing in one, and comfortable working in a lean setup
• Fluent English
• Strongly preferred: Travel, tourism, hospitality, or experiences background
• Experience with OTA or marketplace channels
• Email marketing experience
• Exposure to generative engine optimization or LLM visibility measurement
