[Hiring] Digital Marketing Specialist @Transparent Hiring

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to own our webinar funnels, ManyChat automations, email campaigns, and channel placements — from writing high-converting copy to end-to-end technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Webinar Management: Set up and QA webinar landing pages, as well as the internal mechanics (automated emails, CTA buttons, and tracking links).
• Live Moderation: Moderate webinars to ensure smooth technical performance and audience engagement.
• Chatbot Automation: Write, edit, and implement conversational copy for ManyChat. Set up and optimize trigger-based automated flows.
• Channel Seeding & Placements: Research, vet, and communicate with channel admins for promotional placements. Write and proofread high-converting promo copy, log campaign data in tracking sheets, and monitor overall performance and conversion rates.
• Email Marketing: Write, configure, and manage email campaigns and automated sequences.
• Call Scheduling: Set up and manage call booking links in HubSpot.
• Website Maintenance: Handle ongoing content updates and adjustments to the company website.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Fluency in English (C1) and Russian (C1).
• Reliable execution and strong follow-through.
• High attention to detail and consistency.
• Clear written communication in English.

Requirements

• Bonus: Experience with website content management (e.g., WordPress) and prior digital marketing experience in the recruitment/HR sector.
