[Hiring] Digital Marketing Specialist @TEKsystems

Role Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports Paychex's Digital Marketing Optimization team through website management, conversion rate optimization (CRO), testing support, content publishing, quality assurance, and digital analytics coordination. This role works closely with CRO, Analytics, UX, Design, SEO, and Web Development teams to help launch and optimize website experiences that improve customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple digital marketing disciplines including:

• Website content management
• CRO execution
• QA testing
• Campaign tracking
• Analytics support
• Digital experience optimization

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, web content publishing, or a related field.
• Experience working with content management systems.
• Experience supporting website updates, digital campaigns, or optimization initiatives.
• Experience performing website QA and testing.
