Role Description

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and optimize their paid digital marketing efforts across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role will focus on driving qualified leads through compliant, data-driven campaigns, including webinar, quiz, assessment, and booking funnels.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, understands audience targeting and retargeting strategies, and is comfortable working with marketing automation tools, CRM handoffs, and funnel integrations. Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a regulated industry is highly preferred, as this role requires strong attention to compliance, messaging accuracy, and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Paid Ads Management: Create, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads to webinars, quizzes, assessments, and booking funnels.
• Audience Targeting: Build and refine targeting for affluent 50+ audiences, including lookalikes and retargeting.
• Marketing Automation / Funnel Integration: Ability to manage email automation workflows, CRM handoffs, and booking flow integrations.
• Tracking & Reporting: Monitor funnel metrics such as CPL, completed assessments, and booked sessions.
• Testing & Optimization: A/B test creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversions.
• Compliance Awareness: Ensure campaigns align with financial services advertising guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Google Ads certification or equivalent hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience managing $1,500–$7,000+ monthly ad budgets.
• Experience running lead generation, quiz, assessment, or webinar funnels.
• Strong tracking and reporting experience using tools like Facebook Pixel, GTM, GA4, and funnel metrics.
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, online scheduling tools, and lead funnel/system integrations.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a regulated industry.

Requirements

• Nice-to-Have:
• Meta Blueprint certification.
• Experience with RIAs, fiduciary advisors, or retirement planning firms.
• Familiarity with FINRA/SEC advertising guidelines.
• Experience with Typeform, ScoreApp, Interact, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Calendly.
• LinkedIn Ads experience.
• Familiarity with retirement planning and financial planning terminology.
• Basic video editing experience.
