Role Description

This is a remote position. Specialist.PH is seeking a talented and data-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team! In this exciting role, you'll leverage your expertise in Google Ads and local marketing to craft and manage high-performing campaigns that drive results for our clients.

• Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads campaigns tailored to local businesses.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to target the right audience.
• Craft compelling ad copy and landing pages that resonate with local customers.
• Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for peak performance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and target markets.
• Generate insightful reports that track campaign performance, measure key metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions, ROI), and communicate results effectively to clients.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Google Ads.
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Have knowledge with conversion rate optimization (CRO), audience targeting, and A/B testing.
• Have managed high ad budget campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English).
• Comfortable talking to clients on the phone.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours).
