Role Description

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of social media and paid advertising for a premier debate and speech education company serving students across Greater China and Southeast Asia. This is an end-to-end ownership role, not a task-execution role.

• Develop and execute content strategy.
• Design graphics in Canva.
• Coordinate with in-house video and design staff.
• Run paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Drive the inquiry volume that fills enrollment.
• Identify opportunities and set your own priorities.
• Build systems that produce consistent results.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of owning digital marketing end to end.
• Deep understanding of Greater China and Southeast Asian education markets.
• Demonstrated success running paid campaigns and growing organic engagement.
• Experience coordinating with subject matter experts.
• Strong Canva proficiency for creating polished graphics.
• Inquiry-focused mindset with a genuine obsession over conversion metrics.
• Strong written English with the ability to adapt tone for target markets.
• Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is highly valued.

Requirements

• Availability Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Hong Kong Time.
• Own the full digital marketing function for an established education brand.
• High-autonomy role with direct ownership over strategy, execution, and results.
