Role Description

• Take ownership of the brand's Instagram and Facebook
• Help establish and grow the brand's TikTok presence
• Create Reels, TikToks, Stories and other short-form content
• Write engaging captions, hooks and calls to action
• Create and manage a consistent content schedule
• Turn supplied photos and videos into engaging social media content
• Create content around the jewellery, products and customer stories
• Develop meaningful, gifting, promotional and seasonal content
• Create behind-the-scenes and educational content
• Stay up to date with social media trends
• Monitor content performance and make improvements
• Maintain a consistent, warm and authentic brand voice
• Build a library of content that can be reused across social media, advertising and the website
• Take ownership of the day-to-day digital marketing activities
• Create content for Facebook and Instagram advertising
• Assist with managing Meta advertising campaigns
• Develop ad copy, creative, headlines and calls to action
• Test different advertising content and approaches
• Monitor advertising performance and make recommendations
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign results
• Look for ways to increase website traffic, enquiries and sales
• Develop ideas for promotions, campaigns and product launches
• Research competitors and similar brands
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities
• Bring new marketing ideas to the client
• Make recommendations based on marketing performance and results
• Work with Shopify as part of the marketing role
• Promote products and collections through digital marketing
• Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Ensure social media and advertising campaigns link correctly through to Shopify
• Help create campaigns designed to drive online sales
• Understand the customer journey from social media through to the website
• Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey
• Use marketing data and results to make recommendations
• Assist with email marketing through Klaviyo
• Help create email campaigns
• Develop engaging email content
• Support customer segmentation
• Assist with automated customer journeys
• Help manage welcome, abandoned checkout and post-purchase emails
• Ensure email marketing supports the wider digital marketing strategy
• The successful candidate will be expected to think beyond individual posts and take an active role in growing the business.
