Role Description
The Demand Generation and Marketing Manager owns the exciting opportunity to plan and execute multi-channel lead generation and marketing programs for Sycle. This position works closely with the sales team to grow the lead funnel, nurture prospects, and track sales results tied to marketing programs.
- Build and grow a lead funnel, including partnering with sales on the structure, system lead flows, lead scoring, and monthly metrics
- Define and execute a segmented, persona-based lead generation plan, including segmentation by company type, prospect, customer, and other areas as needed
- Create and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy and plan, including content marketing, email campaigns, nurture campaigns, outbound digital marketing, trade shows, webinars, and more
- Partner with the Product Marketing Manager to develop and manage a content strategy to support demand generation, social media, and brand needs
- Support and create excitement around product launches
- Report monthly on funnel status, lead traffic, program results, and campaign results
- Provide alerts and updates to stakeholders to build excitement around marketing programs and results
- Manage within the demand generation budget
- Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in a B2B role with a technology/SaaS company
- 5-7 years experience in demand generation and content marketing, including experience building, executing, and communicating programs and results
- Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar system (Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce)
- Experience in the healthcare industry helpful but not required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Requirements
- Direct use of HubSpot or similar marketing automation tool
- Proficiency in social media, especially LinkedIn
- Experience using webinar/meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, GoToWebinar, etc.)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
