[Hiring] CRM Retention Specialist @Stay Group

Role Description

We are looking for a CRM / Retention Specialist to execute player communication campaigns according to the approved Promo Plan and support retention activities across our iGaming products. This role focuses on setting up multichannel communications, automated journeys, transactional messages, and bonus campaigns to ensure timely and accurate delivery of player engagement activities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CRM platforms, player lifecycle communications, bonus configuration, and campaign QA. You will work closely with Content, Design, and other internal teams to launch campaigns, maintain communication workflows, and ensure all activities are delivered according to the agreed timelines and requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a CRM Specialist, Retention Specialist, or in a similar role, preferably in iGaming
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Optimove, Smartico, or similar tools
• Experience launching communications across Email, Push, In-App, Inbox, or other CRM channels
• Practical experience configuring triggered communications and automated campaign journeys
• Understanding of the player lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, reactivation, and win-back
• Experience configuring bonuses based on predefined conditions, including free spins, deposit bonuses, and wagering requirements
• Basic HTML knowledge for editing email templates and experience with block-based email builders
• Understanding of campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTR, conversions, and deposits
• Strong attention to detail and experience performing QA before campaign launches
• Experience working with task management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Launch player communications according to the approved Promo Plan
• Set up and manage campaigns across Email, Push, In-App, Inbox, and other available communication channels
• Configure automated campaigns, triggered communications, and player communication journeys
• Set up transactional communications
• Configure bonuses independently based on predefined terms and conditions, including free spins, deposit bonuses, and wagering requirements
• Coordinate copywriting requests with the Content Team and design requests with the Design Team
• Create, manage, and update tasks in the Task Manager, ensuring accurate statuses and adherence to deadlines
• Perform basic quality assurance checks before campaign launches to ensure correct content, settings, targeting, and bonus conditions
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTR, conversions, and deposits
• Support retention and reactivation activities throughout the player lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, and win-back campaigns
• Maintain accurate campaign configurations and follow established CRM processes
