Role Description

As the Amazon Manager, you will take full end-to-end ownership of our client's Amazon channel P&L, strategy, and agency management to drive profitability and revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing & Ecommerce, you will manage our client's specialized agency, direct PPC strategy with VA support, and oversee catalog health, pricing, and promotional sequencing. This mid-to-senior individual contributor role offers an exciting opportunity to hold full channel authority and build long-term commercial success for a leading consumer brand.

• Own the Amazon strategy across catalog management, pricing models, promotional schedules, and launch sequencing for new and existing SKUs.
• Manage our client's Amazon agency end-to-end, holding them accountable to performance targets through quarterly business reviews and structured scorecards.
• Direct daily Amazon PPC strategy and maintain advertising efficiency (ACOS and TACOS) targets while supervising VA execution support.
• Maintain listing quality, Brand Store compliance, review/rating trends, and monitor IPI and inventory health to mitigate stock risks early.
• Report monthly Amazon Revenue and Contribution Margin (CM) using Helium 10 or Sellerboard, delivering clear commercial insights and recommendations.
• Brief offshore designers on A+ content, listing imagery, and brand store assets while ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Creative, and Leadership teams to align stock forecasting, pricing, and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience running Amazon seller accounts (Vendor or Seller Central across the UK and other international marketplaces).
• Proven track record of directly managing Amazon agencies, holding budgets, and delivering on performance targets.
• Hands-on PPC management expertise with complete fluency in ACOS, TACOS, and organic keyword growth strategies.
• Solid understanding of financial P&L management, including revenue, contribution margins, and platform fees.
• Advanced proficiency in Helium 10 or comparable Amazon analytics and keyword tracking tools.
• Strong experience drafting clear creative briefs and reviewing A+ content, listing images, and brand stores.
• Background in premium consumer goods, drinkware, fitness, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. (Preferred)
• Experience working with Sellerboard, Amazon Brand Registry, and managing offshore/VA execution teams. (Preferred)
• Familiarity with Shopify and TikTok Shop channel dynamics. (Preferred)
