Role Description

We're looking for a data-driven Creative Strategist to join our performance marketing team. If you obsess over what makes ads convert, can analyse performance data, and turn insights into winning creative briefs, keep reading. This is not a purely creative role. It's a performance role. Data guides everything.

We're looking for a Creative Strategist to join our performance marketing team, with a heavy focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid social. You'll be responsible for:

• Developing high-performing ad concepts
• Analysing what's working in our ad accounts
• Translating data insights into creative briefs that convert

This role requires strong experience in direct-response creative, a deep understanding of buyer psychology, and the ability to work at pace. You'll collaborate closely with our Performance Marketing Manager, designers, video editors, and UGC creators. The ideal candidate comes from a high-performing DTC brand, ideally within wellness or similar sectors.

Beyond paid social, you'll contribute to:

• Landing page strategy
• Brand creative direction
• Organic social content
• Website messaging

But make no mistake, the core of this role is paid advertising performance. Everything else supports that goal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in direct-response creative strategy for DTC e-commerce (agency, brand, or freelance)
• Strong background in Meta Ads, especially in high-volume creative environments
• Proven experience writing detailed creative briefs for creative teams
• Ability to analyse ad performance data and translate insights into actionable creative direction
• Strong copywriting skills with understanding of direct-response frameworks
• Deep understanding of DTC consumer psychology and scroll-stopping principles
• Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, and UGC creators
• Highly data-driven mindset. You prioritise performance over creative preference
• Clear, fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership

Requirements

• Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or beauty brands (Nice to Have)
• Experience with UGC casting or managing creators (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Ad Library, Triple Whale, Foreplay, Motion (Nice to Have)
• Landing page optimisation or CRO experience (Nice to Have)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) (Nice to Have)
