Paragonix Technologies, a Getinge company, markets organ transportation devices that safeguard organs during the journey between donor and recipient patients. Our devices incorporate clinically proven and medically trusted hypothermic preservation techniques in a novel suspension system to provide unprecedented physical and thermal protection. Our product portfolio spans cardiac, thoracic, and abdominal preservation devices to improve donor organ quality and extend donor organ transport time. Paragonix also markets transplant services and organ screening to the transplant community.

Job Overview: Our company provides the leading commercial system for heart preservation and transportation. We are rapidly expanding into lung, liver, and other abdominal organs as well as digital platforms to support the transplant process. We are also expanding by launching clinical research initiatives in pediatric heart transplantation, lung transplantation, and liver transplantation.

The Creative Marketing Manager is a key marketing team member, responsible for the establishment of engaging marketing resources and implementation of our brand strategy. This role manages the conception, design, and production of all marketing materials. The Creative Marketing Manager should have extensive experience in graphic design, web development, video production and digital marketing. This position requires proficiency in multiple software packages and the ability to produce large volumes of work consistently and accurately.

• Lead website content & creative production ensuring optimal user experience (UX) & conversion optimization, driving brand awareness and lead generation.
• Lead video content marketing efforts, including the planning, production, and optimization of engaging video assets to drive brand awareness and audience growth.
• Produce and customize market-facing content across diverse asset types tailored to technical B2B audiences including presentations, case studies, white papers, datasheets, brochures, infographics, animations, web and social ads, and other relevant form factors.
• Produce compelling visual graphics, banners, landing page layouts, and multimedia content tailored for the website.
• Build and optimize landing pages designed to turn casual website visitors into qualified leads.
• Conceptualize and design brand presence at commercial tradeshows and events.
• Develop effective, on-brand creative platforms, campaigns, and executions.
• Design a wide range of graphics and creative assets for digital and print marketing materials, including internal/external presentations.
• Create compelling and engaging data visualizations, process flows, charts, and illustrations.
• Maintain and organize creative assets in centralized repositories.
• Create, enhance, and maintain style and brand guidelines.
• Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage external vendors and consultants as required.
• Build strong relationships with product management, market development, and other business partners to understand and interpret Paragonix product strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in marketing/graphic design, and video production.
• Experience leading small creative teams through concept, design, and copywriting.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Preferred development experience in CMS environment (Webflow, Wordpress, Drupal) and digital marketing tools (Hubspot, Marketo).
• Experience in video and digital delivery (AfterEffects, Premier Pro, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).
• Experience with social media marketing and platforms a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, project management and prioritization skills.
• Strong work ethic with exceptional project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment developing creative designs within tight deadlines.
• Collaborative and team-oriented with excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.

Requirements

• Location: Remote
• Travel: 5-10% globally, with primary focus in the US.
• US BASED SALARY - The minimum base salary for this position is $115,000 and the maximum salary is $120,000 plus 10% bonus.
