Role Description
We’re looking for a
BTS / Social Content Producer
to document the making of an independent web series and turn the production process into engaging digital content. The goal is not to create a traditional corporate behind-the-scenes video. We want to capture the people, process, chaos, creative decisions, and real moments behind the production.

Responsibilities
-
Capture BTS photos and video
-
Plan daily content capture
-
Identify interesting moments on set
-
Conduct quick interviews
-
Shoot vertical content
-
Organize footage
-
Deliver daily selects when required
-
Create or coordinate short-form edits
-
Maintain a BTS content archive
-
Work with the Director and production team
-
Coordinate with the broader marketing/content team
-
Help develop the launch content calendar
-
Understand when to stay out of the way of production.

Requirements
-
Strong visual storytelling instincts
-
Experience shooting social content
-
Good understanding of Instagram / TikTok / YouTube Shorts
-
Ability to shoot high-quality mobile or camera footage
-
Strong sense of composition
-
Good interviewing skills
-
Fast turnaround ability
-
Comfortable working around a film set
-
Ability to work independently
-
Experience with editing is a strong plus.
-
A background in filmmaking, photography, journalism, creator content, or social media is welcome.
