Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in creative production, advertising, or a related field
• Creative production expertise, including video, graphic design, copywriting, and digital advertising
• Data-driven decision-making ability to use data and analytics for informed decisions
• Project management experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms
• Strong leadership skills to inspire a team
• Excellent communication skills for effective idea sharing and feedback
• Creative problem-solving skills for innovative solutions
• Adaptability to changing priorities and circumstances
• English at the Upper-Intermediate level and higher, both written and spoken
