[Hiring] Campaign Marketing Manager @Hunter

Role Description

Hunter is looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to join our fully remote team. This role is about using email, social, channel, and paid to help users reach their a-ha moment in the product, increase usage, and generate revenue. You’ll be the go-to person for all things lifecycle, owning the strategy and execution of this critical area.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work alongside a cross-departmental team:

Your goal is to get more eyeballs on Hunter so that users continue to engage with the Hunter brand and adopt our technology across the web platform, API, and inside their AI. You'll achieve this through creative brand campaigns like Messaging Madness, our weekly newsletter - Field Notes, our research, cold email, and promotional campaigns.

Your task is to engage 7+ million users to promote our content, convert free users to paid plans, and increase the lifetime value of our users.

Ownership areas include:

• Email marketing (retention, win-back, newsletters, and promotional)
• Cold email marketing
• Co-marketing with partners
• Affiliate marketing campaigns
• Social media
• Written and video content creation (inc. blogs and webinars)
• Reporting and insights

What you’ll do:

• Own campaigns: You'll work cross-department to run brand and promotional campaigns to all Hunter users.
• Increase free to paid conversions: Your core measurement is the ability to convert free users to a paid plan.
• Reactivate lapsed users: You'll reignite users who have never paid for a plan.
• Promote content, research, and playbooks: You'll produce, experiment, and distribute highly-valuable content.
• Sales enablement: You'll identify users who might need help getting started.
• Channel marketing: You'll manage communications with our affiliate program.
• Agentic marketing support: You'll proactively develop, own, and continuously improve the use of AI in your workflow.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience with a campaign marketing role (or digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation).
• Owned cold email / email outreach / outbound GTM with deep knowledge of the space.
• Deep empathy of our users and understanding of the B2B buying cycle.
• Full ownership of the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of campaign marketing.
• Highly proficient at managing different projects, processes, and stakeholders.
• Curiosity to learn about, and connect challenges to messaging.
• Tech-savvy and a self-starter.
• Data-driven (quantitative and qualitatively) and analytical.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experienced in remote work and comfortable working independently.

Requirements

• Comfortable with technology, including customer.io, a CMS (like Wordpress), Canva, Claude, Planable, Posthog, Linear, and Notion.

• A yearly gross compensation ranging between $84,000-97,000, depending on experience.
