Role Description

Our Client is seeking a creative, resourceful, and organized Remote Brand Relations & PR Manager to build authentic partnerships and expand third-party brand exposure. Reporting to the founders and collaborating closely with the social content team, this professional will manage end-to-end influencer outreach, personalized product gifting, PR pitching, and creative brand activations. Utilizing JoinTribe alongside database management tools, this team member will transform relationship outreach into published media mentions, partner content, and long-term brand advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Outreach, PR & Creator Partnerships:
  • Conducts high-volume, personalized outreach to creators, musicians, public figures, fashion stylists, media contacts, and complementary lifestyle brands.
  • Researches and builds qualified contact slates, pitching tailored partnership angles and creative story concepts aligned with target demographics.
  • Reviews JoinTribe affiliate applications, onboards qualified brand ambassadors, and identifies standout advocates for deeper paid or gifted collaborations.
  • Coordinates 2–4 selective paid influencer collaborations per month, establishing deliverables, contract terms, and budget oversight.
• Personalization Gifting & Campaign Execution:
  • Oversees personalized product gifting campaigns from recipient selection through meaningful-date customization, shipment logistics, and receipt follow-ups.
  • Targets 150–200 accepted gift packages per month, ensuring recipient selections align with brand guidelines and available product inventory.
  • Concept-designs and launches 1–2 major brand storytelling activations or co-marketing campaigns per month.
• Content Rights Management & Database Administration:
  • Collects partner-generated content, captures media mentions, and secures usage rights for social channels and paid advertising.
  • Maintains a centralized CRM database of media contacts, outreach logs, gifted product orders, content deliverables, and follow-up schedules.
  • Tracks campaign performance and delivers concise weekly reporting covering outreach metrics, accepted gifts, published mentions, and spending.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional experience managing influencer partnerships, PR outreach, brand relations, or gifting campaigns (preferably within direct-to-consumer e-commerce).
  • Demonstrated track record executing high-volume outbound pitching (capable of approaching 600–1,000 qualified contacts monthly) while maintaining personalized tone and brand standards.
  • In-depth understanding of US consumer trends, pop culture, social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and creator ecosystems relevant to lifestyle products.
  • Native-level written and spoken English skills to draft compelling pitch letters, hold executive partnership calls, and represent the brand professionally.
  • Strong organizational capabilities utilizing databases, spreadsheets, outreach automation platforms, and AI efficiency tools.
  • Natural ability to identify personal narratives, meaningful dates, and lifestyle trends to craft high-converting partnership angles.
  • Modern workstation setup, HD webcam, noise-canceling headset, and reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in jewelry, fashion, DTC beauty, or personal lifestyle brands.
  • Pre-existing relationships with US digital creators, talent managers, fashion stylists, or lifestyle media editors.
  • Hands-on experience with JoinTribe, Shopify, influencer management tools, or workflow automation platforms.
