[Hiring] Associate Director, Demand Generation @Agility PR Solutions

Role Description

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Associate Director, Demand Generation is the architect of the demand strategy that will drive 80–90% of marketing-qualified leads for the entire business. This is a strategy and leadership seat, not a hands-on-keyboard role.

• Design the full-funnel architecture of every demand campaign.
• Map the buyer journey for each customer segment:
  • Enterprise & Government
  • In-house PR Teams
  • PR Agencies
• Define the thought leadership required at the top of the funnel.
• Choose the products each campaign drives toward in the middle.
• Architect every channel the campaign will use:
  • Paid search and paid ads
  • Paid and organic social
  • Webinars and virtual events
  • In-person tradeshows
  • Outbound email
• Lead the team that controls 75–80% of MQL levers.
• Own end-to-end event engagement.
• Partner closely with the Rev/Marketing Operations Manager.
• Shape the content agenda for campaigns.
• Run cross-sell and upsell motion jointly with the Product & Customer Marketing Manager.
• Help double to triple MQLs within one year while proving that quality holds.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B demand generation.
• Experience leading multi-channel campaign strategy in B2B SaaS.
• People-management experience.
• Proven full-funnel campaign architecture.
• HubSpot Marketing Hub fluency.
• Proven cold outbound program experience.
• Jurisdiction-aware outbound strategy experience.
• Fluency in post-2024 deliverability regime.
• Clear-eyed judgment on outbound tooling.
• A deep analytical habit.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Calm under concurrency.

Requirements

• Design the end-to-end architecture of every demand generation campaign.
• Define top-of-funnel thought leadership for campaigns.
• Architect the channel mix per campaign.
• Own outbound email program strategy.
• Design workflows that act on buyer intent signals.
• Manage and develop the SEO & AI Visibility & Social Media Manager and the Field/Event Marketing & Community Relations Manager.
• Hold each channel accountable for campaign-level outcomes.
• Design end-to-end event engagement.
• Live in the numbers daily and weekly.
• Own the demand generation operating scorecard.
• Brief and influence the communications and content organization.
• Partner with sales on lead-quality feedback loops.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is C$115,000–C$140,000 annually, plus a 15% target bonus. Final compensation will reflect the successful candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
