Role Description

Hadley Designs is seeking an Amazon Brand Manager to take full ownership of a multi-million dollar group of our products on Amazon. This is a high-impact role for an e-commerce brand builder who brings real judgment, reads a market quickly, and knows how to grow net profit, not just sales.

You will report to the leader of our Amazon channel and work as part of a small, high-performing Amazon team. While this role operates deeply within Amazon, we welcome candidates who have built brands across e-commerce, DTC, or marketplace environments.

How You'll Win at Hadley Designs

• Learn our brand, expectations, and catalog group.
• Run your catalog as its CEO, making calls on pricing, listings, imagery, promotions, and inventory.
• Challenge the status quo with better ideas and a clear point of view.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end ownership of your catalog group's performance, including revenue, net profit, pricing, advertising, and inventory.
• Reading the competitive landscape and responding with strategy.
• Finding inspiration outside Amazon and turning it into product and format ideas.
• Product and format relaunches that lift your catalog.
• Elevating our brand experience on Amazon.
• Advertising, listings, experiments, and inventory planning with our supply chain team.
• AI workflows that handle routine work.
• Clear weekly reporting on results, risks, and next moves.

What Success Looks Like

• Learn our brand, expectations, catalog group, and SOPs within your first 90 days.
• Own your catalog's weekly numbers and make judgment calls that protect margin.
• Bring forward product and format ideas, including at least one relaunch in motion.
• Challenge at least one way we do things with a better one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience owning a product line or catalog on Amazon, in e-commerce, or in marketplaces.
• A strong visual eye for what wins on the page.
• Ability to read competitors and markets and explain reasoning.
• Experience finding ideas outside Amazon and turning trends into products or formats.
• Knowledge of tactics that grow net profit and protect margin and price.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising.
• AI capability, CRM, and documented SOPs.
• Very organized and follow through until the job is done.
• Clear, confident spoken and written English.
• Coachable and quick to learn.
