[Hiring] Head of YouTube @Impact Clients

Role Description

We're hiring a Head of YouTube to lead Richard Yu's channels and creative team. Richard teaches people how to build businesses selling digital and physical products through "AI Arbitrage".

The challenge:

• Grow the business channel to 200,000+ subscribers in six months.
• Bring average views per video above 100,000.
• Reach new viewers who fit our audience.
• Plan content for viewers getting to know Richard and deciding whether to buy.

You'll be responsible for:

• What we make, why we make it, how we package and produce it, and whether it worked.
• Working directly with Richard and the leadership team to set direction, goals, and KPIs.
• Leading, hiring, and managing a creative team.

This is a senior creative strategist and operator role.

You will:

• Write first-person, long-form scripts and review/improve other writers' work.
• Set channel direction, give specific feedback, and get videos published.

Qualifications

• Deep passion for YouTube (storytelling and psychology).
• Understanding of channel growth.
• Ability to explain why a topic, format, title, thumbnail, or script works.
• Excitement about taking on ambitious goals and being responsible for results.
• Strong business judgment and understanding of marketing funnels.
• Experience in Infopreneurship, online education, or Edutech is a major advantage.

Requirements

• Ownership of goals, metrics, and KPIs.
• Strong command of CTR, average view duration, retention graphs, and traffic sources.
• Experience managing editors and/or designers.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Confidence using AI tools without over-reliance.
• Full-time availability with at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern working hours.
• Remote work available across multiple regions.
