[Hiring] Senior Social Media Manager @MasterClass

Role Description

As Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll help shape how MasterClass shows up across social, with a particular focus on bringing MasterClass Certificates to life for professional audiences. You’ll own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for Certificates—from campaign kickoff and creative development through launch, optimization, and ongoing storytelling—while also contributing to evergreen and broader brand social initiatives.

This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role for someone who loves moving between big-picture strategy and execution. You’ll partner closely with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to build social programs that grow engaged audiences, strengthen the MasterClass brand, and turn performance insights into smarter content. You’ll also have the opportunity to help define how we use AI to evolve our social workflows and creative process as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, particularly LinkedIn and content for professional audiences.
• Comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution, moving seamlessly from big-picture thinking to bringing ideas to life.
• Data-driven, using social performance and audience insights to inform content, formats, and strategy.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Stays close to internet culture and trends, translating them into relevant, brand-appropriate content.

Salary Range

$142,000 — $170,000 USD
