Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an AI-Powered Marketing Coordinator to operate at the intersection of AI, marketing, content, outreach, events, and creative execution. This is not a traditional marketing coordinator role. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely AI-native — someone who naturally starts work inside AI tools, builds workflows instead of repeating tasks manually, experiments with emerging technology, and uses automation to increase both speed and quality.

You’ll work directly with leadership and contribute across:

• AI workflows and automation
• Social media and content
• Podcast production
• Cold email and LinkedIn outreach
• Lead generation
• Websites and landing pages
• Email marketing
• Presentations and creative assets
• Conferences and webinars
• Light technical operations

If you live inside AI tools, learn new platforms independently, and enjoy figuring out how to execute without needing step-by-step instructions, this role is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• Daily hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenClaw, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build AI workflows, prompt systems, automations, and repeatable operational processes.
• Excellent written English and strong copywriting ability.
• Experience supporting marketing, content, outreach, communications, and growth operations.
• Experience creating social media content, newsletters, outreach campaigns, or marketing assets.
• Strong proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
• Comfortable independently learning and navigating technical platforms and dashboards.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
• High ownership and independent execution ability.
• Reliable remote work setup and stable internet connection.

Requirements

• Build and improve AI-powered workflows, prompt systems, AI agents, content automation, research workflows, outreach systems, and internal operational automations.
• Manage company social media channels end-to-end.
• Own and coordinate the podcast workflow from recording through publication.
• Build and manage outbound campaigns across cold email, LinkedIn, and other relevant outreach channels.
• Create and update website pages, landing pages, postcards, event materials, conference assets, sales collateral, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Create and distribute newsletters to leads, clients, and relevant audiences.
• Coordinate conferences, webinars, registrations, sponsorships, vendor communication, and travel logistics.
• Handle basic operational tasks such as DNS updates, configuration changes, and lightweight technical updates.
