Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to develop, manage, and scale our affiliate marketing program. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Building strong relationships with affiliates, influencers, publishers, and strategic partners while driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Collaborating closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize affiliate performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term success of the affiliate program.
• Developing and executing the company's affiliate marketing strategy.
• Identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing high-quality affiliate partners.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, and marketing partners.
• Monitoring affiliate performance and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Analyzing campaign metrics, conversion rates, traffic quality, and revenue performance.
• Negotiating partnership agreements, commission structures, and promotional opportunities.
• Working closely with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
• Ensuring affiliates have access to up-to-date promotional materials, creatives, and campaign assets.
• Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate opportunities.
• Detecting and preventing fraudulent traffic or non-compliant affiliate activities.
• Preparing regular performance reports and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Managing affiliate platforms and tracking tools to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, digital marketing, or business development.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and performance marketing.
• Experience working with affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, marketing attribution, and tracking tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
