Role Description
As Affiliate Lead at AIOS, your fundamental role is to turn affiliates into a cleanly attributable, scalable, and profitable customer acquisition channel, starting with Bolt Pharmacy (UK).
This is not a “link in bio” creator affiliate program role. This is not a coordination-only, admin role.
You will own the program end to end, beginning with recruiting high quality affiliates that you forge lasting partnerships with. You’ll be in the weeds iterating offers, systems, and comms to elevate overall affiliate performance.
-
Grow affiliate-attributed revenue
-
Ensure attribution is tidy
-
Increase the output of our strongest existing partners, and cut underperformers
-
Build offers, promotions, and incentives that affiliates can win with (while keeping us profitable)
-
Make the program operationally reliable, measurable, and easy to scale
-
Protect our brands by maintaining a high bar for content compliance, claims, and attribution
Great performance means affiliates become a predictable and increasingly important growth channel. Attribution is clean and cannibalization is minimalized. If you really nail the role, you’ll be a leading candidate for our future Head of Affiliate hire and other Senior Growth Hires.
This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you’ll work async in the timezone of your choice — as long as you’re around until midday Pacific Time for calls as needed.
You’ll report directly to Marie Boes (AI Growth Lead).
You’ll also work most closely with:
-
Dave Lane (Head of Performance)
-
Michael McCann (Head of CRO)
-
Richie Cartwright (CEO + Interim Head of Growth)
