[Hiring] Senior Litigation Counsel @MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Litigation Counsel with experience in IT / Fintech / banking for the legal team.

• Lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK, etc.);
• Handle cases end-to-end: legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and coordination with local counsel;
• Develop litigation strategies, prepare legal memoranda, and maintain case documentation and knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation / dispute resolution experience in a law firm or in-house (IT / fintech);
• Law degree and active admission to practice;
• Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken;
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules;
• Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills;
• Experience with e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion and LLMs;
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Nice to have: strong knowledge of UK Common Law (UK Law Solicitor qualification is an advantage, or willingness to obtain it), commercial litigation, ADR experience;
• Flexibility for extended hours and willingness to travel.
