Role Description

AGC Legal Recruitment is growing — and we are looking for a proven legal recruitment specialist to grow with us. We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant with strong headhunting capabilities and an in-depth understanding of legal recruitment across private practice and in-house legal environments.

This is not a junior sourcing or CV-forwarding role. You will take ownership of candidate delivery, manage recruitment processes through to successful placement, and contribute directly to the growth of an established specialist legal recruitment business.

Working fully remotely, you will enjoy autonomy, flexibility and the opportunity to make a measurable commercial impact without unnecessary corporate bureaucracy.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years' recruitment experience, specifically within legal recruitment.
• Demonstrable experience headhunting and placing legal professionals.
• Strong understanding of multiple legal practice areas across law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Experience recruiting attorneys, associates, partners, senior legal professionals and/or in-house counsel.
• A proven track record of successful placements and revenue generation.
• Excellent candidate interviewing, screening, negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing, direct headhunting, networking and talent-mapping capabilities.
• Commercially astute, with an understanding of recruitment fees, placement conversion and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong CRM administration, pipeline management and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and capable of managing a full recruitment desk independently in a remote environment.

• An established network of legal professionals and relationships within law firms and corporate legal departments (advantageous).
