[Hiring] Senior Director, North American Compliance @BeiGene

Role Description

The Senior Director, North America Compliance will serve as the lead Compliance business partner for the U.S. Commercial organization, with particular focus on Market Access. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, Americas, this role will provide strategic, practical, and risk-based compliance guidance that enables business objectives while supporting an effective North America Compliance Program.

• Serve as the lead Compliance business partner for the U.S. Commercial organization, focusing on Market Access.
• Provide strategic, timely, and practical compliance advice to senior leaders on business strategies and initiatives.
• Advise on compliance considerations involving payers, pharmacy benefit managers, and other market access stakeholders.
• Support U.S. Sales and Marketing teams on key commercial compliance matters.
• Develop a deep understanding of business objectives to identify risk early and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Partner with the Head of Compliance, Americas to execute North America compliance strategy and enhance the compliance program.
• Identify and assess emerging compliance risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Lead or support compliance risk assessments, monitoring, auditing, investigations, and remediation activities.
• Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, training, and compliance resources.
• Build strong relationships with leaders across various functions.
• Provide direct leadership and development to assigned Compliance team members.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience in healthcare compliance or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience advising Market Access organizations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical compliance requirements and industry standards.
• Experience providing compliance guidance on market access topics.
• Demonstrated experience conducting or supporting risk assessments and policy development.
• Experience supporting product launches in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms.
• Experience with compliance, expense, CRM, analytics, or reporting platforms preferred.
• Exceptional judgment and ability to assess complex issues.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial strategy.
• Ability to translate complex compliance concepts into practical guidance.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach.
