Role Description

Your experience in contract management will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring colleagues. Key responsibilities include:

• Home-based Client Dedicated program for Sr. Clinical Investigator Payment Associate role
• Provide specialized support and assistance to the Clinical Business Operations department within the Clinical Site Payments function
• Close collaboration with investigative sites, the Clinical Operations team, the Clinical Site Contracts Management team, the Budget Development team, and site payment vendors
• Ensure accurate and timely site payments
• Effective management of the study portfolio through planning, execution, and tracking of global clinical trial payments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Clinical Research experience including 3+ years of investigator payment experience or Sr. CTAs with solid investigator payment experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline
• Business English communication skills
• Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual provisions and identify potential issues or opportunities
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
