Role Description

National Subrogation Services (NSS) is seeking an experienced Recovery Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for independently managing a portfolio of complex property subrogation claims from assignment through resolution, with a focus on:

• Identifying recovery opportunities
• Evaluating liability and damages
• Developing recovery strategies
• Maximizing recoveries for clients

The ideal candidate is a claims professional with:

• Strong technical property claims knowledge
• Sound judgment
• Excellent analytical skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment

This position requires the ability to:

• Independently manage complex files
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the continued success of the department

This position reports to the Recovery Supervisor.
