Role Description

A growing U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys and case managers throughout the pre-suit process. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with U.S. Personal Injury cases, strong organizational skills, and excellent English communication.

• Assist attorneys and case managers with pre-litigation Personal Injury cases.
• Request, collect, and organize medical records, bills, and case documentation.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
• Monitor case progress, deadlines, and outstanding documentation.
• Assist with demand packages and settlement-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate case files using CRM or legal case management software.
• Provide administrative support and follow up on pending tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with a U.S. Personal Injury law firm.
• Hands-on Pre-Suit / Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience (mandatory).
• Experience handling medical records, insurance correspondence, and case documentation.
• Familiarity with demand preparation and settlement processes.
• Experience using any CRM or legal case management system.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Must be located in Latin America or the Philippines.
