Role Description

We are seeking a Personal Injury Intake and Case Manager who is passionate about helping clients navigate the legal process while ensuring cases move forward efficiently. In this role, you will serve as a key point of coordination between clients, medical providers, insurance companies, courts, and legal staff. • Monthly compensation: 1220 USD to 1320 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Follow up on outstanding requests with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and third parties
• Report claims and assist with claim related processes
• Communicate with courts regarding case related matters and updates
• Monitor case progress and help move files through each stage of the case lifecycle
• Request and obtain medical records and supporting case documentation
• Conduct client intake activities and gather necessary information and documentation
• Identify and resolve case bottlenecks proactively
• Track deadlines and outstanding items to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff regarding next steps and case developments
• Provide case updates and maintain regular communication with clients
• Maintain accurate and organized records within the case management system

Qualifications

• Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST
• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, Intake Specialist, or Legal Assistant
• Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows
• Experience handling client communications and case documentation
• Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously
• Software and Tools: NEOS by Assembly, RingCentral, Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new processes and assume additional responsibilities as needed
