Get Linked Up is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager with a strong background managing commercial vehicle and high-value personal injury claims. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex cases involving:

18-wheelers

Commercial trucks
-
Uber and Lyft vehicles
-
Rideshare accidents
-
Other high-value accidents
This position requires someone who understands the complexities of these claims and can confidently manage a caseload from intake through settlement.
Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from intake through the pre-litigation process.

Handle complex and high-value cases involving:
-
18-wheelers and commercial trucks
-
Uber and Lyft vehicles
-
Rideshare accidents
-
Commercial vehicle accidents
-
Catastrophic injuries
-
Other high-value personal injury claims
-
Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates regarding their cases.

Coordinate medical treatment and maintain communication with medical providers.

Request and organize medical records, bills, accident reports, insurance information, and supporting documentation.

Identify all available insurance coverage and potentially responsible parties.

Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters.
-
Monitor treatment progress, case deadlines, and statutes of limitation.

Assist with preparing settlement demand packages.
-
Maintain detailed and accurate case notes in the firmβs case-management system.

Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, medical providers, experts, and other members of the legal team.

Recognize potential case issues and promptly escalate them to the supervising attorney.

Provide compassionate, professional service to clients throughout the claims process.
Qualifications

At least three years of personal injury case-management experience is preferred.

Direct experience managing commercial vehicle or high-value personal injury cases is required.

Experience with 18-wheeler, Uber, Lyft, rideshare, or catastrophic-injury claims is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of the personal injury pre-litigation process.

Experience reviewing insurance policies and identifying applicable coverage.

Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records, liens, and settlement procedures.

Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong negotiation, organization, and client-service skills.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Proficiency with personal injury case-management software and standard office applications.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
