Role Description

You will do substantive matter work under attorney supervision.

• Draft pleadings, discovery, petitions, accountings, and trust and estate schedules for attorney review
• Calculate and calendar statutory and court deadlines
• Review and summarize documents, records, and productions
• Build case chronologies, asset schedules, and issue outlines
• Cite check and verify record references
• Coordinate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel offices as directed

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience working for a U.S.-based law firm
• Three or more years working U.S. business hours
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• A professional, private, quiet home office
• A primary internet connection plus a separate backup internet connection
• A backup power source capable of covering a full shift
• A laptop less than five years old

Requirements

• California probate, trust administration, or trust and estate litigation experience (preferred)
• Judicial Council form practice (preferred)
• Certificated paralegal or U.S. bar license (preferred)

Benefits

• PHP ₱312 to ₱1,248 per hour, set by role, prior experience, and scope of responsibility
