Role Description

We are seeking experienced Military Law Attorneys to contribute specialized legal expertise to an AI training project. The role involves:

• Analyzing complex military law scenarios and providing subject matter expertise.
• Drafting, editing, and reviewing legal materials related to military law, procedures, and standards.
• Evaluating AI-generated legal content and providing constructive feedback on accuracy and clarity.
• Developing and reviewing prompts and datasets covering military legal procedures, codes, and case law.
• Identifying knowledge gaps, ambiguities, and inaccuracies in military law content and recommending improvements.
• Preparing clear, concise written summaries and communicating legal findings effectively.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure military legal concepts are accurately represented in project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law and a demonstrated background in military law, such as JAG Corps service, military justice, or related legal practice.
• Significant experience advising or representing clients in courts-martial, administrative proceedings, or military tribunals.
• Strong knowledge of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), military regulations, relevant federal statutes, and applicable international law.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex legal materials and translate them into clear, accessible content.
• Experience with legal technology, technical projects, or AI-driven legal tools is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote, multidisciplinary teams.
