Role Description

We are seeking experienced Investment Funds & Asset Management Attorneys to contribute specialized legal expertise to an AI training project. The role involves:

• Analyzing and annotating legal documents related to investment funds, asset management, and securities regulation.
• Developing realistic legal questions, scenarios, and case studies covering fund formation, compliance, and investor relations.
• Reviewing and validating AI-generated legal content for accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Researching and summarizing developments in global fund structures, SEC regulations, and private equity, hedge fund, and mutual fund markets.
• Providing detailed feedback on complex legal concepts, risk management, and asset management best practices.
• Collaborating remotely with project teams and communicating findings clearly across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in good standing.
• Recent, substantial experience advising on investment funds and asset management matters.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international securities laws, fund governance, and compliance requirements.
• Experience drafting and reviewing offering memoranda, subscription agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with fintech and AI applications in financial services is an advantage but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and ability to stay current with regulatory and industry developments.
