Role Description

We are seeking experienced Media, Publishing & Communications Law Attorneys to contribute specialized legal expertise to an AI training project. The role focuses on media and entertainment transactions, publishing rights, content licensing, and FCC communications regulatory matters. You will apply your legal knowledge to evaluate complex scenarios and improve the accuracy and reasoning of AI-generated legal content. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Analyze media, publishing, and communications law questions involving rights clearance, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate realistic scenarios involving content licensing, broadcast regulation, and pre-publication review, explaining the reasoning behind legal conclusions.
• Identify unsettled legal issues and provide insights on potential resolutions.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Bar Admission required.
• Experience in media, publishing, and communications law.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex legal scenarios.
• Ability to communicate legal reasoning clearly.
