[Hiring] Legal Consultant @Axiom Talent Platform

Role Description

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts (Japanese Speaking) for Fortune 500 clients.

• Work with our clients remotely and provide legal support focusing on the Japanese market.
• Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including:
  • Creative
  • Advertising and digital marketing
  • Procurement
  • Technology
  • Partnership deals
• Develop, implement, and advise on a wide range of commercial marketplace contracts, Terms and Conditions of Sale, distribution agreements and related policies.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years legal experience, with substantial experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
• More experienced talents are welcome.
• Prior work experience in Japan is a plus.
• Japan legal qualification preferred but open to all jurisdictions.
• Able to write and draft in Japanese and English.
