[Hiring] Legal Consultant @SLaw AU

Role Description

This role involves providing legal consultancy services to clients in a casual capacity.

• Responding to customer enquiries via emails and over the phone
• Using legal knowledge to scope and understand the type of legal service each customer requires
• Being the first point of contact for new enquiries and explaining how Sprintlaw works and why it is different and ‘better’ than traditional legal services
• Writing up accurate and detailed legal briefs for the legal team
• Developing ongoing relationships with customers
• Managing relationships by effectively using sales strategies

Other responsibilities may include:

• Developing sales and marketing strategies
• Attending business development events and activities

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and client management skills
• An appetite for sales and a genuine interest in assisting new and existing customers
• The ability to ‘think on your feet’ and seek help from co-workers when necessary
• The ability to explain technical legal solutions in a simple yet effective way
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency with tech and sales processes
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and disrupting the legal industry is a benefit

Requirements

• Availability for 3-4 days a week
• Ability to work from home or at the office in Sydney or Melbourne
