Role Description

You will own matter workflow from intake through closure and keep the whole pipeline visible.

• Own the workflow and status of an assigned book of matters
• Track deadlines, task assignments, and bottlenecks, and escalate before they become problems
• Keep the practice management system accurate and current
• Produce weekly matter status and pipeline reporting for attorneys
• Coordinate between attorneys, clients, courts, and outside vendors
• Run intake-to-engagement handoffs and closing checklists

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience working for a U.S.-based law firm
• Three or more years working U.S. business hours
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• A professional, private, quiet home office
• A primary internet connection plus a separate backup internet connection
• A backup power source capable of covering a full shift
• A laptop less than five years old

Requirements

• Ownership of workflows in Clio Manage, Filevine, or a comparable system
• Reporting and KPI tracking for a legal team
• Experience managing high-volume matter loads

Benefits

• PHP ₱312 to ₱1,248 per hour, set by role, prior experience, and scope of responsibility
