Role Description
The Legal Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Office of General Counsel (OGC), helping ensure the efficient coordination of legal, compliance, governance, contracting, and departmental activities. This role assists with:

Litigation support functions

Requirements

Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Five (5) or more years of experience in a legal assistant, legal administrative support, legal operations support, or similar role

Experience supporting legal, compliance, contracting, governance, or other professional services functions

Strong experience managing documents, deadlines, records, and communications involving multiple stakeholders

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
